温度对牙鲆幼鱼消化率日变化和生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同温度(18、23、28℃)对牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceus幼鱼(4.25 g±0.19 g)消化率日变化和生长的影响。结果表明:(1)摄食率随温度的升高有增加的趋势,但各组之间的差异均不显著(P】0.05);特定生长率随温度上升显著提高(P【0.05),饲料转化率和蛋白质效率均先增大后减小,但各组之间的差异均不显著(P】0.05);(2)18℃组、23℃组和28℃组牙鲆幼鱼的干物质表观消化率(Ddm)日变化分别为64.91%~80.84%、62.05%~82.78%和69.76%~81.69%,日变化表现为1~2 d的高消化率,之后有1~2 d的低消化率;(3)18℃组、23℃组和28℃组牙鲆幼鱼的蛋白质表观消化率(Dp)日变化分别为89.38%~93.39%、87.86%~93.82%和88.25%~93.34%,日变化表现为1~3 d的高消化率,之后有1~3 d的低消化率;(4)随温度的升高,牙鲆幼鱼的平均干物质表观消化率与平均蛋白质表观消化率均没有显著变化(P】0.05);(5)随着温度的升高,牙鲆幼鱼体水分含量显著下降(P【0.05),粗脂肪含量显著提高(P【0.05),粗蛋白和灰分含量均无明显差异(P】0.05)。 The effects of temperature(18,23,and 28 ℃)on daily changes in apparent digestibility and growth performance of juvenile Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus with initial wet body weight 4.25 g±0.19 g were investigated.It was found that feed intake(FI) and specific growth rate(SGR)increased significantly with the raising temperature(P<0.05).Feed conversion efficiency(FCE) and protein efficiency ratio(PER) were increased firstly and then decreased,but there were no significant differences(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility in dry matter(Ddm) ranged from 64.91% to 80.84%,from 62.05% to 82.78% and from 69.76% to 81.69% at three temperatures.Generally,high daily variations were found in one to two days,followed by low daily variations in one to two days.The variation range in apparent digestibility of protein(Dp) was 89.38%-93.39%,87.86%-93.82% and 88.25%-93.34% at three temperatures,respectively.The daily variations generally showed one to two days of high Dp,followed by one to two days of low Dp.The average Ddm,as well as Dp,was no significant differences with the rising temperature.However,body moisture and body crude lipid content showed significant difference(P<0.05).
