摘要
在(23.0±0.5)℃条件下对牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceus幼鱼(体重62.33 g±9.13 g)进行了蛋白质限制后恢复投喂的代谢实验。实验用3种饲料P30、P40、P50,粗蛋白质含量分别为27.95%、40.47%、50.00%(湿重),处理组T30和T40继分别投喂P30和P40饲料15 d后恢复投喂P50饲料5 d;对照组连续投喂P50饲料15 d。结果表明:蛋白质限制期间,T30和T40组牙鲆幼鱼的代谢率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),恢复投喂1 d各处理组的代谢率恢复至对照组水平;蛋白质限制期间各处理组牙鲆幼鱼的排氨率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),恢复投喂1 d各处理组的排氨率仍显著低于对照组(P<0.05),恢复投喂5 d后恢复至对照组水平。
The effects of protein restriction with subsequent realimentation on metabolism rate of juvenile Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus(initial wet body weight 62.33 g±9.13 g) were investigated at water temperature of(23.0±0.5)℃.The juveniles were fed a standard diet containing 50% crude protein(a control group),40 % crude protein(T40),and 30% crude protein(T30) for 15 days,and then refed the diet containing 50% crude protein for 15 days(day 16-20).At the end of the protein restricted,the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were found to be lower in T40 and T30 than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the experiment,however,there was no significant difference between treatment groups and the control group.
