摘要
研究了饥饿和再投喂对西伯利亚鲟Acipenserbaeri摄食和生长的影响。试验用西伯利亚鲟幼鱼的体重为(2.06±0.12)g,全长为(7.55±0.18)cm。试验设饥饿0 d(S0对照)、3 d(S3)、6 d(S6)、9 d(S9)、12 d(S12),然后各恢复投喂20 d。结果表明:饥饿组的总摄食率(FR)均高于对照组,其中S6、S9、S12组与S0组差异显著(P<0.05);各饥饿组的食物转化效率(FCE)均低于S0组,S3组与S0组接近,其他各饥饿组的总食物转化效率接近,并与S0组有显著差异(P<0.05)。饥饿结束时,各饥饿组的全长有所增加,但差异不显著;各组鱼体重均下降,S9和S12组与其初始体重有显著差异(P<0.05)。恢复投喂结束后,S3组的全长和体重均低于S0组,但无显著差异,S6、S9和S12组的全长大于S0组,但无显著差异;体重低于S0组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。
The effects of starvation and refeeding on feeding,and growth were studied in Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baeri with body weight of(2.06±0.12)g and the total length of(7.55±0.18)cm.The fishes were starved for 0(S0 control),3 d(S3),6 d(S6),9 d(S9),12 d(S12),and then all refed for 20 d.The results showed that the fish had higher food intake(FR) in the starved groups than the fish in the control group did,significantly higher in the S6,S9,and S12 than that in S0(P< 0.05).There was significantly lower food conversion efficiency(FCE) in S6,S9,and S12 than that in S0 and S3(P< 0.05).After the starvation,all the fish starved had lower body lengths and weight,significant differences in S9,and S12 than at the beginning(P<0.05)whereas the fish in S6,S9,and S12 had significantly larger body length than that in S0 after the refeeding.
