Dynamic passive earth pressure on retaining wall under various modes of movement

摘要 基于Mononobe-Okabe假定,通过对滑动土体中水平薄层单元的分析,建立了墙体平动(T)模式、墙体绕基础转动(RB)模式和墙体绕墙顶转动(RT)模式下的被动土压力的一阶微分方程,给出了土压力强度、土压力合力、土压力作用点的理论计算公式,并将该理论计算公式与库仑理论结果进行了比较。结果表明:土压力强度分布呈曲线分布,合力作用点到墙底的距离依(RB)模式、(T)模式和(RT)模式次序增大。 Based on Mononobe-Okabe's postulation,the first-order differential equation for passive earth pressure on the retaining wall was set up for the translation(T)mode,movement modes of rotation around base(RB)and rotation around top(RT) by analyzing slice elements extracted from sliding soil wedge;and the formulas for calculating of the unit earth pressure,the resultant earth pressure and the action point of resultant pressure were given.The comparison between calculated results by the present formulas and Coulomb's theory shows that the unit earth pressure is nonlinearly distributed;and that the distance from the action point of resultant pressure to the base of wall increases with the order of(RB)mode,(T)mode,and(RT) mode.
