摘要 饶阳凹陷潜山油藏埋藏深,钻井过程中主要存在井身结构较难确定;机械钻速低.钻井周期长;潜山地层压力系数低,常规钻井液易污染储层;潜山地层裂缝发育,易漏失等问题。为解决潜山油藏钻井过程中的技术难题,文中从井身结构优化、钻头选型、欠平衡钻井技术、高压喷射钻井等方面进行了研究,通过在长3平2、文古3等井现场应用,取得了较好的提速效果。最终形成了潜山钻井提速的配套技术对策,在今后的钻井中可根据实际情况进行综合应用,达到优快钻井的目的。 The deep buried reservoir in Raoyang depression caused the problem of difficult wellbore profile definition in the course of drilling.It also resulted in other problems such as low penetration rate.long drilling period,low formation pressure coefficient,reservoir contamination by conventional drilling fluid,leaking because of developed fractures.To solve these technical problems,research work on wellbore optimization,bit selection,unbalanced drilling,high-pressure jet drilling were conducted. Field application in well Chang 3 Ping 2 and well Wengu 3 showed that the drilling speeding up was achieved.Also,related supporting technical countermeasures were developed,which can be comprehensively used in future work to achieve excellent fast drilling.
