摘要
南堡油田斜井注水投捞及测配过程中,易出现投捞仪下不到预定位置、投捞钢丝易疲劳断脱、测试和调配困难等问题。小于50°斜井段注水井,研究斜井段偏心定量分层注水工具和施工工艺,对井下注水管柱进行导向和扶正;大于50°斜井段注水井,采用免投捞,井油套分注和同心管注水工具和施工工艺,测调配在地面。现场应用了12口井,成功率为100%,解决了作业成功率低,注水量和注水时率低等问题。
For the retrievable and testing process,water injection on inclined shaft in Nanpu oilfield,which might appear retrievable gas lift valve can not reach the presupposition location,the retrievable wire are easy to break down,testing and deployment are difficulty carrying out.On the water injection inclined well which is less than 50°,study the origin and the stabilizing of underground water pipe by changing the quantitative eccentric separate flooding tools and construction techniques.Contrarily, on more than 50°well take free from casing and fishing,separate injection through tubing and casing,shell-and-tube water injection tools and construction technology for measuring and deployment on the ground.The success rate was 100%for 12 wells application.Those applications resolve the low success rate of the operation,injection rate of water and low water problems.It provides a similar way for water injection in oil fields.
