用激光超声技术检测与表征镀层材料参数 被引量:1

摘要 理论分析了镀层材料表面摄动表面波的传播、脉冲激光激发的瞬态声场,开展了激光超声试验检测,并以此为基础进行了表面波表征和反演表面层参数的反演方法研究。试验检测结果与理论结果有很好的一致性。基于摄动表面波的频散特性,采用模拟退火方法,以镀锌钢块试样所做的试验检测结果进行了镀层参数反演,获得了较好效果。 The theoretical analysis is performed for propagation of perturbed surface waves and transient acousic field generated by pulsed laser on the surface of coating material.Laser ultrasonic experimental detection is carried out.Both results are in good agreement,based on which,the characterization and inversion for coating parameters using surface waves are performed.According to the dispersive properties of surface wave,the inversion is performed by using simulated annealing technique for steel sample with a zinc coating.The good inverted results are obtained.
