摘要
基于某国产轿车整车传动系建立了典型工况下多自由度扭振模型,并对传动系进行了固有特性分析,利用虚拟样机技术对DMF-CS减振器性能进行了参数优化。通过对长弧形螺旋弹簧的弹性特性公式和计算公式的推导,形成了一套完整的DMF-CS减振器刚度匹配设计方法。按此方法设计DMF-CS减振器并制作了样件,试验测量了样件静态扭转弹性特性,结果满足设计要求,验证了设计方法的正确性。
Based on the parameters of driveline of some domestic car,the model of multi-degree of freedom was constructed,the modal of driveline was analyzed and the performance parameters of the DMF-CS were optimized.The analytical formulae for the design of arc spring were derived,under which the samples of DMF-CS were manufactured.The experiments of the static torsional characteristic of the DMF-CS performed and the results were satisfied with the requirement of design.Therefore,the validity of the design procedure of DMF-CS was verified.
