面向用户的重型自卸车节油研究

User-oriented fuel economy study on heavy-duty tipper

摘要 从用户使用的角度分析了重型自卸车典型使用工况,并结合大量用户试验数据,利用MATLAB软件采用区间统计法找到了柴油机的常用工作区域。对重型自卸车用柴油机的典型工况点,采用AVL公司开发的CAMEO优化标定软件在线自动优化标定了CA6DL1-32高压共轨柴油机,在满足欧Ⅲ排放的前提下使燃油经济性最低,控制参数选择轨压和喷油正时,重点优化了柴油机中低转速、中低负荷的工作区。标定结果满足欧Ⅲ排放要求,发动机的中低转速、中低负荷区的燃油经济性得到了优化。 Typical operating conditions of heavy-duty tipper were analyzed from users' point of view.Interval statistical method was applied to obtain usual working region of diesel combined with a large number of user data in MATLAB.The calibration optimization software,CAMEO by AVL was used to on-line automatic optimize the calibration of CA6DL1-32 high-pressure common-rail engine.The control parameters,rail pressure and injection timing,were selected to optimize the working region under middle-low speed and middle-low load.The minimum fuel consumption was achieved under EuroⅢ requirements.The calibration results show that a satisfactory fuel economy in accordance with EuroⅢ can be achieved.The optimization of diesel fuel economy was obtained.
