根据指挥体制与指挥系统其他组成部分之间的耦合关系建立了指挥系统效能评估模型,以所建立模型为依据,分析了指挥体制在指挥效能评估中的地位与作用,进一步分析了指挥体制提高指挥效能的效率,并将其与指挥系统其他组成部分效率进行了对比分析,得到他们在提高指挥系统效能效率过程中的相互关系。

Basing on the relations between the command institution and other parts of command system,the paper establishes a model to evaluate the effectiveness of command system according to the coupling relations among its components,and analyzes the function and efficiency of the command institution in the course of evaluating command effectiveness in term of the model,moreover analyzes the efficiency of the command institution to enhance command effectiveness,finally compares that to those of command dominators and command means,and the relevant conclusions are gotten.
