摘要
建立了预测沥青因紫外线老化引起的性能衰减规律以及老化速率的非线性方程,并通过90#沥青紫外线老化试验验证了预测方程的可靠性。研究结果表明:非线性方程x(t)=(Lx0)/[1+(L-1)e-rt]能精确预测沥青针入度、粘度、延度因紫外线老化引起的衰减规律,并能量化沥青老化的两个基本特征:老化速率以及最终老化程度;沥青针入度、粘度、延度的老化速率在开始时刻最大,后期随老化时间的延长而逐渐变小,最后达到平衡。
The characteristics attenuation regularities of penetration,viscosity and ductility of asphalt after ultraviolet aging were discussed.The related aging nonlinear equations were was developed,which reliability was validated by ultraviolet aging test of asphalt No.90.The results of research show that(1) the aging equation x(t)=(Lx0)/[1+(L-1)e-rt] can predict the attenuation regularities of penetration,viscosity and ductility caused by ultraviolet aging and can quantify the aging rate and the ultimate degree;(2) the aging rates of penetration,viscosity and ductility of asphalt reaches the peak at the beginning and become smaller as the variation of ultraviolet aging time and balance at last.
