摘要
针对目前国内城市道路平面交叉口设计的理论及应用问题,基于质量控制理论、"交叉口时空一体化设计"和"以人为本"的设计方法提出了交叉口设计过程的质量控制模型;分析了交叉口4个不同设计阶段的校验指标;建立了交叉口设计过程的6个强约束校验指标及其计算模型,包括:多股车流冲突通行能力校验、左右转车道校验、行人等待时间校验、短车道校验、考虑行人、非机动车通行时间及机动车消散时间的机动车通行空间校验以及最小绿灯时间校验。杭州市某典型交叉口改善设计表明该模型可显著提高平面交叉口设计的效率和效果。
In order to resolve theoretical and practical problems in urban road intersection design,the quality control model for intersection design was put forward based on quality control theory under the design idea of 'pedestrian-oriented' and 'temporal and spatial integrated design'.The verification indexes in 4 design phases were analyzed,and 6 strong constraint verification indexes(multi-direction traffic flow conflicting area capacity,left-turn and right-turn lane,pedestrian waiting time,short lane,vehicle running space considering pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle running time and vehicle diffusion time,and minimum green time)and their computing model were set up.Finally,the validity and efficiency of intersection quality control model was verified through the case study of a typical intersection in Hangzhou.
