B型烟粉虱对辣椒、芹菜、黄瓜寄主选择作用的研究

A Study on the Repellent Effect of Capsicum and Celery on Bemisia tabaci

为探讨作物间信息化学物质对烟粉虱的寄主选择作用,进行了模拟田间条件的黄瓜植株喷施芹菜汁、芹菜植株喷施黄瓜汁,黄瓜与芹菜间作以及田间辣椒与黄瓜间作等系列试验。结果表明:在黄瓜上喷施芹菜汁液对烟粉虱有显著的驱避作用;在芹菜上喷施黄瓜汁对烟粉虱有显著的吸引作用;在黄瓜行内间作芹菜对烟粉虱有显著的驱避作用。黄瓜地里间作辣椒,在黄瓜生长期能有效地控制烟粉虱。该研究为烟粉虱寄主选择机理深入研究及非化学防治方法提供了依据。

Several experiments have been carried out to explore the repellent effect of crop semiochemicals on the tobacco whitefly.These experiments are conducted under simulated field conditions to spray celery juice onto cucumber plants or to spray cucumber juice onto celery plants and under field conditions to intercrop cucumber with celery or capsicum.The results indicate that the concentrations of celery or cucumber juice significantly affect the host preference of Bemisia tabaci;Cucumber intercropped with celery could significantly affect the host preference of B.tabaci.Under field conditions cucumber intercropped with capsicum could effectively control whitefly during cucumber growth.These results are important for the further study of host selection mechanism and non-chemical control technique to tobacco whitefly in cucumber.
