爆炸焊接的过程中飞板在滑移爆轰作用下运动规律的研究是爆炸焊接理论研究中的一个十分重要的基础课题,由于飞板的运动状态直接影响到爆炸焊接工艺中各种参数的选择和焊接质量.因此确定爆轰对平板的二维抛掷姿态对于爆炸焊接具有非常重要的意义.基于爆炸焊接理论,运用计算机编制了通用状态方程的计算机辅助设计程序,给出了复板在炸药滑移爆轰作用下的飞行姿态仿真曲线,并且绘制了爆炸焊接的可焊性窗口,为爆炸焊接参数的选择提供了帮助.

The study on the movement of plate under explosive loading is an important problem in explosive welding.Explosive welding parameters and welding quality of the selection are affected by the status of flyer plate,the two-dimensional throw gesture is great significance in explosive welding.This paper is based on the theory of explosive welding and computer language is used to execute computer aided design procedure of the general state equation.The movement and the flying attitude curve of the fly plate in space is simulated and the optimized technological parameters are chosen for explosive welding.
