摘要
通过《水和废水检测分析方法》(第四版)叶绿素a的常规分析方法与反复冻融法进行实验比较,发现反复冻融法代替研磨法提取叶绿素a,可提高细胞的破碎率;减小提取液的转移次数,避免研磨不充分而带来的实验误差,提高实验的重现性;同时在冻融法中分析人员接触丙酮的相对次数减少,保护了分析人员的健康.
Camparing the experience results between conventional analysis method on the basis of Detection of Water and Wastewater Analysis(fourth edtion)and repeated freeze-thaw method,we founded that repeated freeze-thaw method improved the rate of broken cells,avoiding the experimental error owing to insufficient grinding;At the same time,the freeze-thaw method reduces researchers to contact with acetone.
