Based on the analyses of the problems in the management of the Internal network operation and maintenance of the current communication business,the researchers put forward the idea of the E-OMS under convergent management propelled by business.The overall framework of the system is presented.Further,the researchers emphasize that the work flow technology is an important guarantee for the enhancement of enterprise business built on information.
