介绍了基于DCT变换的JPEG图像压缩编码算法,提出了一种对DCT系数分级的方法,从而实现了JPEG码流的分级特性。

An image is utilized widely as the carrier of information , but the amount of data in a digital image is too huge , so it must be compressed before stored and transmitted. In this text, algorithmic of JPEG based on DCT is introduced ,a method of grading of DCT coefficient is raised,so that the bit stream of JPEG coding can be graded.
