摘要
采用微带线形式建立L波段微波功率放大器匹配网络,使用FLL357ME型砷化镓场效应功率晶体管,并利用Microwave Office进行电路仿真和优化。测试结果表明该放大器满足小信号放大器的指标要求,可以用于射频接入电路的前端。
In this papter,the matching networks in L-band Microwave Power Amplifier(MPA) are designed by micro-strip structure,the power GaAs FET of FUJITSU is also adopted.Furthermore,circuit simulation and optimization are performed in Microwave Office.The testing results show that this microwave power amplifier can be utilized to design the small signal receiver.
