摘要
论述了中小城市噪声的危害、来源以及评价方法,针对不同种类的噪声提出了减弱或者消除影响的方法.
The harm 、source and the values of noises in the middle-small city were discussed in the article.According to the varies noises,the methods to weaken or avoid were advanced.
