摘要 装车自控系统属于大型自动灌装系统,仪表维护人员对所辖设备电液阀工作原理较为陌生,不了解设备技术要点,容易出现面对新设备无从下手的情况,出现故障得不到及时排除,影响产品的正常出厂.因此分析电液阀的技术要点和难点,保证设备运行良好是非常必要的.本文从电液阀控制原理入手,介绍电液阀的投用调试过程,总结归纳了一些处理故障的分析判断方法,以便在故障发生时,能够迅速查明原因,及时排除故障,确保准装车的顺利进行. Automatic truck loading system is a large automatic irrigated loading system.It is necessary to analyze the main points and difficult points of electro-hydraulic valves technologies since maintenance people are not familiar with the working principals of electro-hydraulic valves and don't know the main technical points of them,that causes field faults are not corrected in time and normal finish of products to be affected.This article starting from the control principals of the electro-hydraulic valves to introduce the testing and adjusting steps after electro-hydraulic put into operations concludes procedures of analyzing and handling faults in order to find the reason of faults immediately and correct faults in making pre-loading running smoothly.
