This paper adopts the way which has the unique advantages in the understanding of the professional growth during the school-based curriculum development.Basic education curriculum development transformation has been officially launched in China.It takes the real influences on teachers' professional development based on the essential condition and the way.This paper will give following suggestions:the effective inside support and outside support,the teachers' awareness and ability they should develop by themselves.
