摘要 查阅近年来大量国内外相关文献,就支链氨基酸在运动营养供给中的生物学功能进行综述.探讨支链氨基酸对运动机体的作用机制,旨在在训练与比赛中能及时合理地补充支链氨基酸,以达到更好地提高运动成绩,促进运动后体力恢复的目的. This article is based on domestic and foreign massive branched-chain amino acids documents which were published in recent years.This study summarized biological function on Branched-chain amino acids.It was also investigated to effect for the exercise organism on Branched-chain amino acids.The application of Branched-chain amino acids in athletic practice as a kind of sports nutrition supplements which can improve the competitive achievements of the athletes and physical restoration after competition.
