摘要
本文针对素质教育理论上存在的问题,本着"简单、实用"的原则,结合应试教育的三个弊端,提出了素质教育要坚持全面性、基础性和发展性的观点.
According to the existing problems in the quality-oriented education theory,a simply and practical principle,was followed,comparing with the three disadvantages of the examination-oriented education,this paper briefly deals with quality-oriented education in terms of basement and all-round development.
