Every student has the differences in development,each one has his or her own advantages and disadvantages,we should respect the individuality in process of teaching.It means that the teaching evaluation plays the role of leading and monitoring in the curriculum reform and it is the key to success.Education without intelligence is inferior goods,education without moral is dangerous goods,people without good health is useless,people has unhealthy mind is fragile goods,this sentence shows clearly that if teachers really love the stundents,they should concern about the importance on the students'mental health.
