癫痫是常见的神经系统疾病之一.研究发现癫痫患者或多或少表现有注意力、记忆力、计算力、判断力下降等认知功能障碍.随着社会的发展,在选择癫痫患者的治疗方案时,认知损害的治疗成为临床医生考虑的内容之一.因而,研究癫痫与认知功能的关系成为目前的热点之一.从生物医学、社会、心理与行为三方面综述了成年癫痫患者认知功能障碍的影响因素及目前对癫痫患者认知功能障碍的诊断、预防与康复治疗手段与方法.

Epilepsy is one of common ailments in neurology.Studies showed that the epileptic patients were more or less accompanied with dyfunction of cognition including attention,memory,calculation or judgement etc.With the development of society,cognitive rehabilitation should be comprised in epileptics therapeutic schemes by doctors.Hence,one hotspot in recent year is the relationship between epilepsy and cognition.This article summarized the cognitive influencing factors in adults,from three aspects on biomedicine,society,psychology and behavior,and the methods to diagnosis,prevention and rehabilitation of adult epileptic patients.
