分流型先天性心脏病动物模型的制作研究进展

摘要 先天性心脏病并发肺动脉高压严重影响了先心病治疗的时机和预后,因此,为研究先心病的分子生物学、基因学以及病理生理等,建立先心病的动物模型就至关重要,而对于先心病动物模型的制作目前尚无统一公认的方法,对几种常见先心病的模型制作进行综述. Congenital heart disease complicated by pulmonary hypertension has seriously affected the time of the treatment and prognosis,therefore,to study its molecular biology,genetics,pathophysiology,and establishing an animal model of congenital heart disease is important,but for the establishment of animal models of congenital heart disease,there is currently no generally accepted uniform method,In this paper,several common congenital heart diseases,animal models are reviewed,in order to further study the pathophysiological changes in congenital heart disease,as well as provide the basis for such treatment.
