加速康复外科在外科已正实,可以明显加速患者术后的康复.它在术前、术中及术后应用各种已证实有效的方法减少手术应激及并发症,现已扩展到各类手术,文献中报道较多的是结直肠外科,但在肝胆外科的应用研究较少.就探激对肝脏的影响及加速康复外科在肝胆外科的应用价值作一综述.

In recent years,fast-track surgery has been widely used in surgery,and many studies reported confirmed that it can significantly accelerate postoperative recovery.It is in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative application of proven ways to reduce surgical stress and complications.Fast-track surgery of the original surgery for cardiac surgery,has now expanded to various types of surgery,most studies reported in literature is on colorectal surgery.However,few studies on hepatobiliary surgery are reported.In this paper,to explore the impact of stress on the liver,and fast-track surgery in the hepatobiliary surgery applications are reviewed.
