磁共振扩散加权成像在直肠癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)是近年发展起来的MR检查的新技术,它是目前唯一能够无创检测活体组织内水分子扩散运动的磁共振功能成像方法.可作为一种鉴别良、恶性肿瘤的方法,在常规MRI序列的基础上,合理地选择结合扩散加权成像,可为直肠病变的鉴别诊断提供新的信息,并为直肠病变的研究提供新的评价方法. DWI performed with parallel imaging technique has the potential as a method for differentiating benign from malignant tumors.It also provides valuable information for preoperative evaluation and should be considered part of routine preoperative MRI evaluation for rectal carcinoma.
