摘要 随着多层螺旋CT突飞猛进的发展,CT检查频率正逐渐增高,CT的辐射剂量越来越受到公众和科学界的关注.许多技术和方法可以提高射线的利用效率、降低辐射剂量,而且不影响诊断.对一些剂量参数、降低剂量的技术和方法及CT低剂量的临床应用和其局限性作一综述. With the rapid development of multi-slice spiral CT,the frequency of CT examination is increasing in the world and CT radiation dose has been paid attention to in the public and scientific circle.Many technologies and methods allow an increase in the dose efficiency without the risk of inferior diagnosis level,thus the radiation dose to patients to be reduced.This paper discusses briefly the dose parameters,clinical use and limitations of the technologies and methods which can reduce radiation dose.
