急性白血病血小板无效输注相关因素及防治

摘要 输注血小板对于伴有血小板减少的急性白血病患者极为重要,临床上常有急性白血病患者血小板无效输注的发生,其原因复杂,包括非免疫相关因素免疫相关因素两个方面,治疗上以防治为主. Platelet transfusion is veryimportant for acute leukemic patients with thrombocytopenia.clinical Platelet transfusion refractoriness common is acute is leukemia patients.Many factors can induce platelet transfu-sion refractoriness.The causes of platelet transfusion refractoriness include immune and non-immune factors.The prevebtion is main therapy measure.
