摘要 目的探讨内源性胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)对猫L6DRG神经元生长的作用.方法在体外培养DRG细胞中加入抗GDNF抗体后,抗体组与对照组相比较.结果加入GDNF抗体明显抑制DRG神经突起生长有明显差异(P<0.05).结论内源性GDNF可能有促进感觉神经元生长的作用. Object To investigate the effect of Glial cell line- derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) on the growth of L6DRG (Dorsal root ganglion) was vitro.Methods The growth of DRG with antibody of Glial cell line- derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) is slower than the control group,the length of neuritis is shorter than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion GDNF has significant effect in promoting the growth of sensory neurones in vitro.
