氯离子通道ClC-2研究进展

摘要 氯离子通道ClC-2是生物体内一类重要的离子通道,具有许多重要的生理功能,已经发现有几种遗传性疾病与它有关.根据氯离子通道的研究进展,从研究分子结构、调节机制、以及相关疾病等几个方面介绍了电压门控氯通道ClC-2. Chloride- transporting proteins ClC- 2 plays a fundamental role in many tissues in the plasma membrane as well as in intracellular membranes. It is involved in several human genetic diseases.According to the progress in chloride channel, ClC- 2 is introduced in this paper from several aspects such as molecular structure,regulatory mechanism and correlated disease.
