深部真菌感染药物联合治疗研究进展

The Development in Research of Combination Antifungal Therapy of Invasive Fungal Infection

近年来,随着深部真菌感染率急剧上升,尤其是免疫功能低下患者严重深部真菌感染率的上升,深部真菌感染的病死率也随之增加.然而临床上可用的抗真菌治疗药物品种有限以及耐药性的发生,使抗真菌药物联合治疗越来越作为临床抗深部真菌治疗的发展方向.为此,对目前临床和实验抗深部真菌药物联合治疗的研究情况作一综述.

Recently,the rapid increase ofthe invasive fungal infection,particularlyin immunocompromised hosts,leads to the increase of the mortality.However,due to the limitation of the antifungal agents available and the emerge of the resistance to these agents,antifungal combination therapy has been paid more and more attention as the therapeutic measure and the direction of development.In this paper,studies on these aspects are reviewed.
