ROQ在电除尘控制系统中的应用

摘要 托电5~6号炉电除尘电场内部普遍存在反电晕现象,影响了除尘器的除尘性能。同时,由于反电晕的存在,凭借经验或盲目地设置电场的高压控制参数,只会增加电除尘耗电量,经济性差。文章针对如何在托电5~6号炉电除尘现有控制系统的基础上,升级控制器、增加ROQ功能,以达到电除尘节能减排的目的,为此进行分析论证。 Anti-electric-corona prevails in electric field of electrical precipitation for boilers 5 and 6,which influences dust removal performance of electric precipitator.In addition,as the existence of anti-electric-corona,if blindly or with previous experience setting up high-voltage control parameters of electric field,it would only increase electricity consumption of electric precipitator.It is inefficient in economy.In this paper,based on current control system of electric precipitator of boilers 5 and 6 of phase three project of Tuoketuo Power Plant,the goal of energy saving and emission reduction is so achieved by upgrading the controller and improving the functions of ROQ and relevant analysis is made.
