Retrofit and Application of Motor Cooler for Circulating Water Pump

针对循环水泵电机运行中温度过高和电流超限的情况,经分析原因为电机设计容量偏小。通过更换循环水泵电机的冷却器,增强了对循环水泵电机的冷却,并达到增容效果,确保循环水泵电机在允许的温度和电流范围内稳定运行。叙述了改造安装的具体操作程序及改造后的实际效果。

According to high temperature and over-limited current of motor of circulating water pump,which was due to small design capacity of motor,motor coolers was replaced to enhance cooling effect of circulating water pump motor.As a result of the retrofit,motor capacity was increased and problems mentioned were resolved.Meanwhile,detailed operation steps of this retrofit and the result were presented.
