摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对中间加隔板的矩形常压容器进行分析,充分考虑隔板和加强筋对设备本身强度的加强作用。以实际项目为例,对大型矩形常压容器的结构进行优化。将优化结果与常规设计相比较,表明新的设计方案较一般的设计准则有较明显的优势。
Considered the stiffen contribution of partition and bracket,this paper analyzed square tank which had partition with finite element analysis software ANSYS.Took the actual project as an example,and optimized the structure of large-scale square tank.The paper compared the result of optimization with design in general to confirm that the latter than the former had a distinct advantage.
