游标万能角度尺的结构缺陷与改进措施

摘要 用游标万能角度尺测量零件时,由于其直尺的刃口较厚,用透光法检测零件时产生的测量误差较大,很难保证测量精度。为了解决这个问题,把直尺的刃口变薄,形成刀口状,这样直尺的刃口会与直角尺或扇形板摩擦而降低了直尺的寿命,再在扇形板和直角尺上开槽,使直尺的刃口正好放入槽子里。经改进后,测量零件角度时,大大减少了测量误差,提高了测量精度和检测效率,同时也给检测者带来很大方便。 With the cursor universal perspective foot measurement components,the ruler of the edge because of its thick,with translucent parts detected,the greater measurement error,it is difficult to ensure accuracy.To solve this problem,the ruler of the edge thinning,with a knife-edge,so the edge ruler and the right-angle-foot fan-shaped plate or friction and reduce the life of the ruler,then the fan-shaped and rectangular device on board grooving So that the ruler's edge just Add to trough yard.Improved after the point of measurement components,greatly reducing the measurement errors,increase accuracy and efficiency of detection,but also to detect who have a great convenience.
