摘要
轴瓦材料要求其具有良好的抗疲劳、抗咬合、抗磨损、耐腐蚀等性能,而铝基轴瓦材料成份中因有铜、锡,能在铝基体上形成网状结构。实践证明,铝基轴瓦材料比镀层合金更容易控制加工精度,提高耐磨性,更好地满足轴瓦材料的使用性能。
The prerequisite performance of bearing materials include anti-fatigue,anti-occlusion,anti-abrasion,corrosion resistance and so on.Because of containing copper and tin,the aluminium base bearing materials can form reticulate structure.Practice proves that aluminum base bearing materials is easier to control working accuracy,and better to satisfy service character of bearing materials than the alloy possessing cladding.
