对海南生态文化建设的几点思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Eco-culture in Hainan Province

党的十七大报告首次提出在全面建设小康社会的进程中"建设生态文明",建设生态文明实质上是建立与时代相适应的生态文化。海南在全国率先进行生态省建设,它的生态文化建设引起了学者和政府的广泛关注,在《海南生态省建设纲要》中省委将生态文化放在政府决策的高度来规划海南的生态文化建设蓝图。海南的生态文化建设具有其他地区难以比拟的优越的自然条件、社会条件、经济条件。海南在工业化进程中必须注意保护好丰富的生态文化遗存,特别是在建设国际旅游岛的今天,更要强调这一点。

The report of the 17th congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) first put forward the construction of eco-civilization in the course of the construction of a moderately well-off society,the essence of which is to construct the corresponding eco-culture.Hainan province took the lead in the construction of ecological province which attracted the mass concerns of scholars and the government.In the outline of constructing Hainan ecological province,Hainan provincial government marked out the blueprint at the provincial level.Hainan possesses superior cultural,social and economic conditions,therefore,in the process of industrialization,Hainan must attach much importance to the protection of the abundant eco-cultural heritage,which is especially important under the constrction of international tourism island today.
