摘要 空气源热泵与辐射地板相结合是长江流域出现的一种新的住宅供暖方式,部分负荷下的运行能效比(COP)值是决定该系统节能性能的关键.本文在重庆市区某住宅中建立了实验系统,在室外气温接近冬季平均温度、负荷率约为50%的条件下,进行了21个工作周期的测试,测得制热COP平均值为2.75,与额定COP接近;工作周期运行COP平均值为2.07,比制热COP平均值低25%.分析表明,采用水温参数进行热泵机组控制是造成工作周期运行COP较低的主要原因.通过对系统特性的分析,提出采用室温为主参数、结合热泵出水温度进行热泵机组控制的新方案. The combination of air source heat pump with floor panel heating is a new form of house heat supply within the Yangtze valley.And in order to obtain the key point of the energy efficiency performance-COP,a test system was set up in a house located in the urban area of Chongqing.On the conditions that the outdoor temperature was near the mean winter temperature and the load rate was about 50%,tests were carried out within 21 operating circles,and the COP during the heating process was tested to be 2.75 averagely,which was close to the rated one.The average COP during the whole operating cycles was only 2.07,25% lower than that during the heating process.The surveys showed that using the water temperature parameters to control the heat pump unit was the main factor of the low COP during the whole operating cycles.Through the analysis of the system performance,this paper proposes that using the indoor temperature as the main parameter and the outlet water temperature of the heat pump as the subordinate parameter to control the whole heat pump unit can improve the COP.
