重庆市保障性住房的规划布局原则初探

Primary Study on Urban Planning Principle of Chongqing' s Subsistence Housing

当前,重庆的城市化进程正处于加速期,低收入家庭住房难的问题成为政府重点关注的民生问题。保障性住房是面向城市中低收入阶层、旨在解决其居住问题的特殊住房。本文从规划布局的角度出发,通过对重庆市城市低收入群体分布现状的调查,在分析重庆地域文化特色与空间结构的基础上,提出了重庆市保障性住房的规划布局原则。

Housing difficulty of low-income families has inevitably been one focal aspect which current government pays much attention to,as Chongqing on a fast track of urbanization.Subsistence housing is a special type of accommodation,facing urban midlow income groups who are not able to afford housing necessities.By research on living situations of low-income groups,this article aims to propose some urban planning solution principles of Chongqing City on the basis of analysis of regional culture and geographical structure of the city.
