摘要 提出了一种考虑供电范围调整的城市配电网扩展规划方法:以扩展建设费用、运行费用的加权和最低为目标函数,以各个供电分区负荷基本均匀和供电半径的限制以及总投资费用的限制为约束条件,采用遗传算法获得供电范围调整和配电网架扩展的最优规划结果。以随机设置的核心街区序号为基因构成染色体,对每一个个体采用启发式算法获得相应的供电分区划分方案。对不同的分区方案,在各供电分区中分别进行配电网架以及分段开关和联络开关的扩展规划。在此基础上,计算各个个体的适应度。采取复制、交叉和变异等遗传操作,达到终止条件时得到最终的最优规划方案。对一个具体的实例进行了供电范围调整和扩展规划,结果表明提出的方法是可行的。 An urban distribution network expansion planning considering supplying region adjustment is proposed in this paper. Minimizing the weighted summation of the expanding construction cost and the operation cost is defined as the index. The load balancing among the supplying sections, the limitation of supplying radius and the permitted total investment are introduced as constraint. The genetic algorithm is adopted to achieve the optimal result of the supplying regions adjustment and expansion planning. The chromosome is coded by the randomly selected coal street divisions. A heuristic partitioning method is used to obtain the corresponding partitioning scheme of supplying regions. As for each partitioning scheme, the distribution network expansion planning is implemented in each supplying region. The expansion planning of the sectionalizing switches and loop switches are also implemented. The overall construction cost and the operation cost is calculated in each individual to get the corresponding fitness. The genetic operation of reproduction, crossover and mutation are taken to achieve the optimal planning scheme. An example is given showing the feasibility of the proposed method.
