双定子永磁同步电动机的起动性能分析与研究

摘要 由于油田抽油机用电机负载特殊性,既要求电机起动转矩大,又要求其在运行中达到节能。目前在油田抽油机用传统感应电动机"大马拉小车"现象较突出。永磁同步电动机虽起到节能作用,但起动品质因数较低。为改善这些不足,本文开发了一台22kW8极双定子永磁同步电动机。通过两部分转子槽形合理设计,提高了整个电机起动品质因数。最后通过试验结果验证,证明该电机在起动性能方面取得了较好的效果。 Large starting torque and energy conservation are expected due to the load particularity of oil–pump machines. But the phenomenon of machine with high power is used as low power machine exists apparently in oil–pump machine. The PMSM is power-saving, but its quality factor is low. To improve the shortage, a two-stator PMSM with 22kW, 8 poles is developed in this paper. The starting quality factor of machine is enhanced through the reasonable design of two part of rotor slots. Finally, the machine attains good effect in terms of the starting performance through test results verification.
