摘要
本文对航空用低压大电流功率变换器系统稳定性进行分析,该变换器采用电流型PWM控制器UC3843,使用电流模式控制的DC-DC变换器,斜坡补偿电路是保证这种控制模式稳定工作的关键所在。本文从理论上对斜坡补偿的作用进行分析,并采用Saber软件对电流模式控制的变换器进行了仿真,通过仿真分析得到斜坡补偿和系统稳定性的关系。
The stability of low-voltage high-current power converter is discussed in this paper, the current mode PWM controller UC3843 is used in the circuit of the DC-DC converter. Slope Compensation circuit is the key part in Current-mode control, which can keep the system out of instability. The Slope Compensation theory is analyzed in the paper, and the simulaton on the current mode controlled converter is done through the soft of SABER, the relationship between slope compensation and stability is gained from the simulation experimental results.
