摘要
CCBII制动机结构复杂、故障因素繁多,传统的故障诊断技术很难对其整体做出综合性的诊断和评价。针对这种情况,本文设计了一种基于多层次模糊评估的CCBII制动机综合诊断装置,使用的多层次模糊评估算法将CCBII制动机分解为三个层次的评估因素,建立了五级的安全等级,通过模糊变换运算,可得到CCBII制动机的整体性能评估结论。笔者完成了诊断装置的总体结构设计,给出其各个组成部分的实现方法,对建立CCBII制动机的多层次评估模型等关键问题给出了重点阐述。本文将模糊理论与层次分析方法应用到CCBII制动机的故障诊断和综合评估上,进行了一定的探索、研究和实践工作,并已投入实际应用。
The CCBII brake has a complex structure while there are many types of faults in it . It is too difficult to get an integrated diagnosis and evaluation for the CCBII brake using the traditional faults diagnostic techniques. There, Author has designed an integrated diagnosis device of the CCBII brake based on the method of multi-hierarchy fuzzy evaluation. The method of multi-hierarchy fuzzy evaluation which has been used in the integrated diagnosis device views the CCBII brake as evaluation factors in three levels, while five safe grades are set up, and an integrated judgment result of the CCBII brake can be got by calculation using the fuzzy algorithm. Based on this, the general structure of the integrated diagnosis device is designed, while the methods of every part are also given. At last, key techniques such as the model of multi-hierarchy fuzzy evaluation for the CCBII brake are essentially discussed. This paper applies fuzzy theory and judgment analysis to integrated diagnosis of the CCBII brake. Author has done some exploration、research and practical work ,the diagnosis evaluation has been used in practical.
