层次分析法在企业知识管理绩效评价中的应用

Application of the analytic hierarchy process to the performance evaluation of knowledge management

针对如何评价知识管理绩效的问题,给出了一种层次分析评判法。根据绩效评价原则,建立知识管理绩效综合评价指标体系,探讨知识管理绩效综合评价的层次分析法,最后通过评价实例验证了该方法的有效性。

According to the process of knowledge management,an analytic hierarchy process evaluation method is introduced.Based on the principles of the indicator system,this paper analyzes the construction of index system, suggests the evaluation index system of knowledge management,and describes the AHP method for comprehensive evaluation of knowledge management system.Finally,an example is demonstrated to prove the validity of the proposed method.
