大学生的养成教育是高校辅导员工作的着力点

关于养成教育在人的成长过程中重要作用,虽然已在我国教育界达成了共识,也取得了一定的研究成果,但我们对养成教育的关注主要集中在青少年身上,而对于大学生的养成教育问题却涉及较少,更谈不上将之与大学生素质培养结合起来研究。这种现象的存在,将不利于我国高素质人才的培养,另外,很多高校也还没有将养成教育作为学生工作的重点来抓,通过对养成教育的概念、大学生养成教育重要性的讨论,提出高校辅导员开展养成教育的方法。

As for the importance of personality-cultivating education during one's life,though our domestic education field has already reached an agreement and also got some achievements in some degree,we have focused too much on personality-cultivating education of the youth while paid little attention to that of college students.So it's a far talk to study the personality-cultivating education by combining it with the cultivation for all-round development of senior school students.The presence of this situation will impede the process of nurturing high-calibre talents in our country.Besides,leaders of colleges have not exerted enough efforts on personality -cultivating education of students as a major problem.
