对我校师资队伍建设的探讨

高素质的师资队伍建设是高等学校发展的关键,要树立"以人为本"的观念,学校高度重视师资队伍人才培养和人才引进工作,采取了政策上给予支持,资金上得以保障,待遇上给予倾斜的原则,几年来我校坚持内培与外引相结合的做法,逐步建立起适应学校长远发展、充满生机与活力的师资队伍。

The construction of high-quality faculty is one of the key points to develop higher education.In our college,a concept of People Foremost is built up,great importance on development and abstraction of talented faculty is laid,and policy support,salary security and flexible treatment are provided.In recent years,our school has been adhering to combination of talent cultivation and introduction.A faculty full of vital force and vigor is coming into being which will be benefit to the long development of our college.
