摘要
教师本身就必须是一位积极的、有效的教育教学研究者。教学内容能否跟上时代的步伐,教学质量能否提高,关键在于教师的素质和责任感。学术思想、学术质量、学术能力、学术心理四方面反映着教师学术品质的主要内容。强调教师的学术品质,是塑造教师品质,完善教师人格的需要。大学教师是社会群体中的精英人群,在他们身上体现着科学与人文精神的完美结合。
Teachers themselves must be active and effective educating and teaching researchers.Whether the teaching content can keep pace with the times and teaching quality can be improved,the key lies in teachers' quality and responsibility sense.The main elements of teachers' academic quality are reflected in four areas: academic thinking,quality,ability and psychology.Stressing teachers' academic quality is the needs of shaping their quality and improving their personality.University teachers are the elite social groups in the population, they embody the perfect combination of science and humanity spirit.
