摘要
79岁老年男性,左耳廓皮肤反复破溃1年,结合临床及组织病理诊断为高分化鳞状细胞癌,手术切除局部病灶后行残耳修复术,术后残耳外观满意,随访半年,未见复发和转移。
A 79-year-old male patient with a tumor which continually festered on his left external ear was diagnosed to be well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.After being ablated local lesion,the patient was treated with repair of residual ear.And the appearance of the residual ear was perfect and pleasing.There was no recurrence and metastasis after half year follow-up survey.
